Ojai River Trail (Original Gouache with Matboard and Backing)

Gouache painting of pedaling beneath the canopy of trees along the Ojai Valley trail in California. Gouache is a water based media that can be applied opaquely like oil paint. The paint dries matte and has a wonderful graphic quality to it.

6x8 paper size
8x10 Matboard with 5x7 window cut.

Painted on 6x8 toned Strathmore 400 Multi Media paper with artist quality Holbein and Winsor Newton gouache paints.  Mounted in archival 8x10 mat with a window cut of about 7x5 inches and an archival foam back board.  Ready to be framed with readily available 8x10 frames.
